The
Real 2001 Budget |
|
|
The
interim regime intends to release its own budget for the year 2001 today.
This Budget will be illegal and unconstitutional. Justice Anthony Gates
has already ruled that the regime has no "constitutional foundation
to legality". It is imperative that constitutional provisions be
followed in the presentation of any budget and in the disbursement of
public funds. |
