The elections office has announced that the electoral roll for the scheduled August elections will be available online. The site address is: http://www.itc.com.fj The availability of the roll online is expected to facilitate voters in checking whether they are correctly registered. Meanwhile the Qarase regime has announced a $16m fund to
finance the August elections. The 1999 elections cost $9m. |
