Using CAPS couldn’t be easier. The data from your exchange is automatically captured into an IBM compatible PC. From there, CAPS automatically collates the information, presenting you with reports showing exactly where and how your telephone costs are being incurred.

bulletSingle SMDR data stream per call record. (1 line of data per call), of less than 140 ASCII characters, ending with a CR/LF; configured for “successful calls”
bulletCall record must provide, as a minimum:
extension number, trunk number, date, start time, call duration time, digits dialed (outbound calls)

PC requirements

bulletPentium PC 166Mhz or better, 32 MB of RAM memory, 20 MB free hard disk space, serial and LPT1 parallel port, mouse
bulletWindows 95, 98, 2000 or NT
bulletCable to connect the serial port to the SMDR port of the host phone system
