Technician

Are you the right person? Do you fit in a small but dedicated team of IT professionals? Can you handle work under pressure? Is customer satisfaction one of your goals?

We want to employ a dedicated and loyal person who has MCSE qualificaton (or at least is currently on this track).

You will be tasked with the following:

	Activities and customer support for all field-related service jobs
	In-shop and on-site repair of customer PCs and peripherals
	Setup, administration and maintenance of Microsoft operating systems (2000, XP, 2003 - both Professional and Server versions)
	Structured cabling support
	Other tasks as directed with team leader

Desirable would be experience or working knowledge on WiMax and some experience on wireless connectivity (T3 range). Knowledge with Novell Netware would be an additional advantage.

You will join a company that has provided - over more than 10 years - a small but loyal customer base with IT solutions and support.
